Current schedule
The BCC is closed for summer. When the schedule reopens, use WCOnline to filter by appointment type, meeting format, consultant, and availability.
Open WCOnlineAppointments may be booked up to 14 days ahead and as late as one hour before the start time. Weekly limits may change with demand; WCOnline always shows the current limit.
Change or cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment. If you need to switch an in-person appointment to virtual, email the BCC and we will try to accommodate the change.
If you are more than five minutes late, your consultant may give the time to a walk-in and the appointment may be forfeited.
Two no-shows result in a three-week suspension from the schedule. Existing appointments during that period will be canceled.
Consultants who meet only online are marked “Virtual Only.” Your Zoom link appears in the confirmation and reminder emails and in the appointment record.
Filter by appointment type and choose a consultant marked with an asterisk. Reserve 60 minutes when possible; a 30-minute appointment does not allow time for a full case.
You may attach files to the appointment, but consultants generally do not review them before the meeting. Printed copies are welcome for in-person appointments.
If no suitable time is open, add yourself to the WCOnline waitlist and watch for an email when an appointment becomes available.
